Our Sunday Brunch is always a special production here at the Sunbird Restaurant in Colorado Springs. The buffet offers a number of wonderful options to appease any palate, including made-to-order pasta, omelets, carving stations, fresh seafood, decadent desserts and more.

Every Sunday we offer our award winning Champagne Sunday Brunch from 9:30am to 1:30pm with complimentary champagne and over 100 specialty items offered. Awarded "Best Brunch" by the Gazette, The Independent, & Open Table Diner's Choice Top Ten.
