The menu offers a variety of American Continental Cuisine specializing in fresh seafood and tender steaks. Every Sunday the Sunbird offers its Champagne Sunday Brunch from 9 am to 2 pm, with complimentary champagne and over 100 specialty items offered. Both the Gazette and The Independent awarded it the Best Brunch in 2005 and 2006. Monday through Friday the lounge offers Happy Hour from 4 to 7 pm.
